Sichuan Junchi Metallurgical Complete Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd., founded in 2015, serves as the core enterprise of the Equipment Division under Qingcheng Group. Located in Dujiangyan City, Sichuan Province, the company boasts a registered capital of RMB 128 million. It employs more than 430 staff members, including 78 technical personnel with intermediate and senior professional titles and 287 skilled workers, and operates over 1,150 sets of various types of equipment. The enterprise owns a full-industry-chain service system covering pre-project consulting, process R&D of submerged arc furnace products, design and manufacturing of submerged arc furnace equipment, design and manufacturing of environmental protection equipment, refractory material supporting construction, design and manufacturing of electrical products, technical service & training, as well as comprehensive maintenance and overhaul.

Sichuan Junchi Metallurgical Complete Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is one of the few domestic enterprises boasting a full industrial chain service system covering R&D, design, manufacturing, comprehensive maintenance and overhaul of submerged arc furnaces as well as their supporting environmental protection, electrical and refractory material products. The machinery branch is equipped with over 1,150 sets of various processing equipment, with an annual output exceeding 24,000 tonnes and an annual preparation capacity exceeding 22,000 tonnes. As a national high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, production, installation and sales of complete power transmission and distribution equipment, the electrical branch manufactures various high and low voltage switchgears, reactive power compensation devices, circuit breakers, box-type substations, distribution boxes, instruments & meters, electrical automation systems and other products for 110 kV and lower voltage levels. Specifically developed and manufactured for metallurgical submerged arc furnaces, its high and low voltage reactive power compensation units feature reliable performance, stable quality and remarkable energy-saving effects.
The refractory material branch operates refractory production bases, a carbon material base in Ningxia and a refractory plant in Henan. It has over 380 employees, including more than 120 dedicated construction personnel, with medium and senior technical staff accounting for over 10% of the workforce. Fixed assets total RMB 480 million, supported by complete and sophisticated technical equipment. Six refractory production lines deliver an annual output of more than 150,000 tonnes of high-quality refractory materials. Production lines for refractory bricks and castables adopt fully intelligent automatic workflows ranging from automatic feeding presses to robotic handling, cutting the required number of operators by roughly 90%.
The trading segment focuses on sales of non-ferrous metal smelting products, specialty chemicals, ferroalloys and accessories, metallurgical furnace burden, petroleum coke, cleaned coal 【clean coal processing bases in Shenmu and Ningxia with a comprehensive annual capacity of 3 million tonnes】, quartzite, charcoal 【offices set up at multiple ports to secure stable import supplies】, blue coke, coke, metallic ores and non-metallic mineral products. Our Product
1. Submerged Arc Furnace Products
The company specializes in the manufacturing of ferroalloy electric furnaces. Its product portfolio covers DC submerged arc furnaces, AC submerged arc furnaces and refining furnaces for various processes including metallurgical silicon, manganese series alloys, chromium series alloys, nickel series alloys and calcium carbide. The maximum capacity of silicon metal furnaces reaches 39 MVA, silicomanganese furnaces 66 MVA, and calcium carbide furnaces 81 MVA. A comprehensive range of spare parts is also available to satisfy the requirements of diverse ferroalloy production processes and equipment, such as copper tiles, pressure rings, protective shields, water-cooled cables and other components. At present, the company holds over 50% market share among newly-built domestic silicon metal projects.


2. Electrical Products
The company develops and manufactures various high and low-voltage switchgears, reactive power compensation equipment, circuit breakers, box-type substations, distribution boxes, instruments and meters, electrical automation systems for 110 kV and lower voltage levels. Specifically developed and manufactured for metallurgical submerged arc furnaces, the high and low-voltage reactive power compensation devices feature reliable performance, stable quality and remarkable energy-saving effects. A wide selection of spare parts including circuit breakers and contactors is supplied to meet the demands of different ferroalloy production processes and equipment.
3. Refractory Products
The company specializes in refractory materials and carbon products, operating three production bases located in Dujiangyan (refractories), Ningxia (carbon materials) and Henan (refractories). Business scope covers the R&D, production and lining of refractory materials and carbon products for all types of submerged arc furnaces. We are a leader offering integrated refractory lining solutions for silicon metal furnaces in China, capturing more than 70% market share in silicon metal furnace lining sector.


4. Environmental Protection Products
The company manufactures supporting environmental protection equipment for the ferroalloy industry. Product lines include low-pressure pulse baghouses, positive-pressure large bag dust collection systems, negative-pressure large bag dust collection systems, gas purification systems for closed furnaces, desulfurization and denitrification systems and other environmental facilities. The company's submerged arc furnace products cover mainstream processes including industrial silicon, manganese-based alloys, chromium-based alloys, nickel-based alloys, and calcium carbide. It offers both DC and AC submerged arc furnaces as well as refining furnaces. 1. Pre-sales Consulting and Solution Design
① Expert‑level Needs Assessment: We dispatch a technical team consisting of process engineers, mechanical engineers, electrical automation experts, and environmental engineers to conduct on‑site operating condition audits covering raw material characteristics, energy consumption data, emission indicators, and more. We then deliver the Energy Efficiency Assessment Report for the Submerged Arc Furnace System and the Feasibility Analysis for Technical Upgrades.
② Customized EPC Solution Development: We develop furnace structure designs based on 3D modeling (including thermodynamic simulation analysis). Tailored to the client's specific conditions, we deliver a full‑plant engineering design package (covering civil works), mechanical equipment proposals, electrical control system solutions, integrated environmental compliance packages (with optional modules for flue gas purification, dust recovery, and noise control), as well as recommendations for refractory material selection.
2. Implementation Support System
① Refined Project Management: We employ an ERP system to implement "four‑control management" covering schedule, quality, cost, and safety. A bilingual (Chinese‑English) Project Progress Report is submitted weekly. Dynamic management is carried out based on site conditions.
② Critical Equipment Manufacturing Supervision: We open up factory and on‑site testing of core equipment (e.g., electrode systems) for client participation, and provide quality certification documents including NDT (non‑destructive testing) reports and process control inspection reports.
③ Installation and Commissioning Support: We deploy a "1+3" on‑site service team (comprising 1 project manager and mechanical, electrical, and automation engineers) to conduct a 72‑hour continuous load test, including energy efficiency data collection.
