General contracting project for 9×33,000kVA furnace lining works of Changji Jisheng New Building Materials Co., Ltd.;
400,000tpy silicon metal project with 28×33,000kVA electric furnaces of Lanzhou Dongjin Silicon Industry Co., Ltd.;
EPC project for 10×33,000kVA electric furnace body system of Lanzhou Dongjin Silicon Industry Co., Ltd.;
Photovoltaic new materials (silicon metal) project with 8×33,000kVA electric furnaces of Ningxia Crystal New Energy Materials Co., Ltd.;
EPC project for 4×33,000kVA electric furnace body equipment of Ningxia Crystal New Energy Materials Co., Ltd.
The Ningxia Crystal project is a key part of East Hope Group's silicon material circular economy industry in Lanzhou, Gansu. This project has actually applied a number of leading technologies in the silicon metal industry. For the first time, our company adopted the industry's top SolidWorks 3D full-system mechanical design for silicon metal submerged arc furnaces, with a 1:1 panoramic display of the overall furnace effect. This enabled clear, intuitive and accurate identification and resolution of technical installation issues from the design stage, effectively ensuring high precision and efficiency in manufacturing and installation. Meanwhile, our company was awarded honors such as the "Progress Award", "Quality Award" and "Outstanding Contribution Award" by East Hope Group in recognition of the project.
