On March 6, ahead of the 116th International Women's Day, the Chengdu Qingcheng Group held a grand symposium themed "Gathering Women's Strength to Empower Group Development." Group Chairman Mr. Yang Qingping attended and addressed the meeting. Also in attendance and delivering speeches were Group Executive President Liao Changjian, Executive Vice President Ran Jianguo, Vice President Yang Wei, and CFO Zhou Yuanliang, alongside Li Chuang (General Manager of the Submerged Arc Furnace Division at Sichuan Junchi Company) and Lai Jia (Deputy General Manager of Chengdu Qingcheng Refractory Materials Company). Over 100 female employee representatives from the Group's various sectors - including refractory materials, equipment manufacturing, electrical systems, artificial intelligence, and trade - participated in the event.
At the symposium, Chairman Yang Qingping extended his warmest wishes to every female employee on behalf of the Group. He expressed gratitude for the wisdom and hard work with which the female staff had upheld "half the sky" for the Group over the past year, and wished them happiness in their personal lives, success and ease in their work, and a life that shines with their own unique brilliance.
He noted that while we will continue to face numerous challenges in 2026, we are confident that - provided all female employees unite and embrace these challenges with a proactive mindset - there is no problem that cannot be solved. He expressed the hope that, in the coming year, all female employees would keep pace with the Group's evolving development and contribute to its high-quality growth through a spirit of hard work and a pragmatic approach.
Li Xiaoyan (Technical Center, Sichuan Junchi Company), Baligen (International Business Department), Tao Shiyuan (Finance Department, Chengdu Qingcheng Refractory Materials Company), and Wang Xin (Sales Department) spoke at the meeting as representatives of female employees, deeply expressing their sentiments and best wishes regarding themselves, their families, the Group, and the nation.
