Product Introduction
1. Product Description
The submerged arc furnace shell consists of side wall steel plates, bottom steel plates, outer vertical and horizontal stiffeners, grounding devices and anti-collision structures.
Five evenly distributed tapping holes are arranged on the furnace shell with furnace opening protection plates installed.
Bottom inserted thermocouples are mounted at the furnace bottom to monitor temperatures of furnace lining and hearth. Voltage extraction devices are equipped at the furnace bottom for hearth voltage monitoring.

Welding of Q245R Steel Plate
Appearance
The side wall of the submerged arc furnace shell is welded with 25mm-thick Q245R steel plates, and the furnace bottom is fabricated from 30mm-thick steel plates. Five tapping holes are installed on the furnace shell.

Quality Control
After design is finalized, full-automatic laser cutting, machining, assembly welding and pre-assembly are performed on raw materials, together with multi-level production quality inspection.
A 7-in-1 Quality Control Process with Final Certification is implemented, covering incoming raw material inspection, machined part inspection, welding process inspection, ultrasonic testing, pre-assembly inspection, pressure test and export packaging inspection. Upon completion of all inspections, a Product Certificate of Conformity (CoC) is issued.
