Furnace Body

Electrode System

Power Supply System
The power supply system provides electrical energy to the furnace. It mainly consists of transformers, power distribution cabinets, and cables. Transformers adjust voltage to meet the furnace's power demands; distribution cabinets control current allocation and monitor equipment operating status; and cables serve as the medium for transmitting electrical energy.
Raw Material Feeding System
The raw material feeding system is responsible for delivering the necessary raw materials into the furnace chamber. It primarily consists of storage bins, conveying equipment, and material distributors. Storage bins hold the raw materials; conveying equipment transports them from the bins to the furnace; and distributors spread the materials evenly within the chamber to facilitate melting and chemical reactions.
Dust Removal System
The dust removal system collects dust generated by the furnace to prevent environmental pollution. It mainly consists of dust collectors, ductwork, and fans. Dust collectors capture the dust; ductwork channels gas and dust to the collectors; and fans provide the motive force to facilitate the flow of gas and dust.
