1. Product Description
The furnace is a semi-closed submerged arc furnace, featuring a semi-closed furnace hood structure. When operating in semi-closed mode, the amount of air entering is sufficient to ensure complete combustion of the CO gas in the furnace off-gas. The hood is of a new design, with an overall configuration resembling a "bird's nest". It consists of a flat hood section, an annular static pressure chamber, and a transition static pressure chamber. This new hood retains the flat central roof structure of traditional flat hoods, combined with a raised outer annular static pressure chamber. It is characterized by a deep smoke layer, high gas storage capacity, and excellent fume extraction efficiency.
The furnace cover employs a suspended, combined water-cooled plate structure. The cover incorporates openings for feed pipes and gas duct connections. Its side walls are equipped with a large lifting door and smaller inspection doors. The top roof plates, structural frame, and sidewalls are of water-cooled construction. The inner surface of the roof plates is spray-coated with a lightweight refractory insulation material.

Appearance
The furnace cover adopts suspended combined water-cooled plate structure. It is provided with feeding pipe holes and flue connections, and fitted with lifting main doors and small observation doors on the sides. The top cover plate, framework and side walls of the furnace cover are all of water-cooled construction.

Quality Control
After design completion, the raw materials undergo full-automatic laser blanking, mechanical processing, assembly welding and pre-assembly, together with multi-level production quality inspection.
A 7-in-1 Quality Control Process with Final Certification is implemented, covering incoming raw material inspection, machined part inspection, welding process inspection, ultrasonic testing, pre-assembly inspection, pressure test and export packaging inspection. Upon completion of all inspections, a Product Certificate of Conformity (CoC) is issued.
