1. Product Description
The electric furnace is a semi-closed submerged arc furnace adopting a semi-closed furnace fume hood structure. During semi-closed furnace operation, the amount of air entering through the operation openings is sufficient to completely combust the CO gas contained in the furnace gas. In order to reduce eddy current losses caused by electromagnetic induction, the top cover plate of the fume hood is welded from low-magnetic steel plates, while the side walls, frame, and furnace doors are welded from carbon steel materials. The fume hood is equipped with feed pipe insertion openings and flue gas duct inlets.
The furnace cover adopts a suspended and combined water-cooled panel structure. The fume hood is hexagonal in shape, with six large side doors. The furnace cover is provided with feed pipe openings and flue duct connections, while the sides are equipped with lifting doors and observation doors. The top cover plate, frame, and side walls of the furnace cover are water-cooled structures.

Quality Control
After completion of the design, fully automated laser cutting of raw materials, machining, assembly welding, pre-assembly, and multi-level production quality inspections are carried out.
A "7 inspections and 1 certificate" management system is adopted, including incoming raw material inspection, machined component inspection, welding process inspection, ultrasonic flaw detection, pre-assembly inspection, pressure testing, export packaging inspection, and issuance of a product qualification certificate after completion of all inspections.
