1. Product Description
Function: It provides hydraulic power for the electrode system, furnace hood, and related equipment.
Main Components:
The hydraulic system consists of: hydraulic pump station (including accumulator unit), electrode control valve stations (three sets), hydraulic slide gate valves, bell valves, furnace door lifting control valve station.
Each electric furnace is equipped with two hydraulic systems: hydraulic system No.1 is used for the electrode bellows pressure ring system, with water-glycol as the hydraulic medium.
Hydraulic System No.2 is used for electrode lifting, electrode slipping, upper and lower electrode holding brakes, hydraulic slide gate valves, furnace door lifting, and bell valves, with No.46 anti-wear hydraulic oil as the hydraulic medium.

Quality Control
After the design is completed, the production process includes: fully automatic laser cutting of raw materials, machining, assembly and welding, pre-assembly, and multi-level production quality inspections.
A "7 inspections + 1 certification" quality management system is adopted, including: incoming raw material inspection, machined component inspection, welding process inspection, ultrasonic flaw detection, pre-assembly inspection, pressure testing, export packaging inspection. After completion of all inspections, a product quality certificate is issued.
