1. Product Description
Corundum castable is a type of refractory castable, which is composed of premium high-alumina bauxite clinker or fused brown corundum as aggregate, combined with refractory powder, pure calcium aluminate cement binder, silica fume, and additives. It features high refractoriness, excellent wear resistance, and high structural strength, and is widely used in high-temperature industrial kilns in contact with molten materials or as a wear-resistant lining layer. The service temperature of corundum castable ranges from 1600–1900°C (customizable), and it is mainly used as lining material for various high-temperature furnaces and thermal structures.
The product complies with the quality management system standards GB/T19001-2016 / ISO 9001:2015 and EU CE certification requirements. Export packaging and transportation can be customized according to customer requirements. The products are exported to Southeast Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Central Asia, and other regions. The company holds 13 patents related to refractory materials.
