1. Product Description
The furnace body rotation system consists of transmission mechanism, circular track and radial beams.
Rotational speed: 136~720 hours per full 360° rotation (adjustable).
It is equipped with imported Sumitomo-made motors, reducers and friction couplings from Japan. The couplings feature torque adjustment and overload protection. Operation signals are connected to DCS system, supporting both manual and automatic control modes.

Quality Control
After design completion, full-automatic laser blanking, mechanical processing, assembly welding, pre-assembly and other processes are carried out for raw materials, along with multi-layer production quality inspection.
A 7-in-1 Quality Control Process with Final Certification is implemented, covering incoming raw material inspection, machined part inspection, welding process inspection, ultrasonic testing, pre-assembly inspection, pressure test and export packaging inspection. Upon completion of all inspections, a Product Certificate of Conformity (CoC) is issued.
