1. Product Description

35kV high voltage switch cabinet adopts KYN61-40.5 type armored removable AC metal closed switch cabinet, equipped with China domestic high-quality vacuum circuit breaker, electric spring operating mechanism, and also equipped with distributed microcomputer protection monitoring device.

(1) The main technical parameters of 35kV high voltage switch cabinet are as follows:
- Rated voltage: AC 40.5kV;
- Current rating: 1250～2000A (selected as needed);
- 3S (4S) rated thermally stable current: 31.5kA;
- Rated short circuit turn-off current (peak): 80kA (based on the actual calculation results);
- Rated frequency: 50Hz;
- Rated power frequency withstand voltage (1min): 95kV;
- Rated lightning impulse withstand voltage: 185kV;
- Operating mechanism and operating voltage: spring energy storage, DC220V;
- Protection level: IP42.

(2) Distributed microcomputer protection monitoring device
The protection device of 35kV equipment selects the distributed microcomputer protection monitoring system successfully used in China for telemetry, remote signaling and remote control of the current, voltage, power, power factor, accident tripping signal, accident warning signal and circuit breaker tripping operation and position signal of 35kV switch station. And it is equipped with communication interface.
