1. Product Description

One furnace is equipped with one set of off-gas cleaning system, and each furnace adopts one set of negative pressure bag dust collector. The crude off-gas of the furnace is cooled via a natural air cooler and a cyclone dust collector, and then introduced into the bag deduster for further cleaning, and finally sent by an induced draft fan into the stack for emission to the atmosphere. The dust collector efficiency is not less than 99%, and the dust content in the gas after dust removal is less than 10 mg/m³.

The main dedusting process of the electric furnace is as follows: the tap hole fume and the electric furnace dedusting fume are collected by the hood, and then drawn by the induced draft fan into the electric furnace dedusting duct system. The fume enters the air cooler and cyclone dust collector through their respective duct systems.

After primary dedusting, large particles of dust and sparking carbon particles have been removed, which effectively prevents the possibility of burning the filter bags and improves the grade of silicon powder. Then the fume is drawn by the induced draft fan into the negative pressure bag dust collector for filtration. After filtration, the dust concentration of the discharged fume is less than 10 mg/m³. The fume is discharged through the stack located at the rear of the dust collector, and a dust concentration monitoring point is provided for the discharged fume. The dust collected by the dust collector is sent via the dust conveying system to the densification bin for storage, and then transported by tank truck or directly transported out after densification and bagging by the densification system.

The dust discharge point height of the densification bin is determined considering the tank truck transport height. The location of the densification silo is determined considering the access road for vehicles. The area under the densification bin is considered to be closed on three sides and open on one side for dust transport.

The dedusting and densification system mainly includes a densification dust bin, a dust conveying system, a packaging system, a stand-alone dust collector, a densification fan, pipelines, valves, etc.

The system is equipped with an advanced PLC automatic control system, which realizes automatic operation and intelligent management of the equipment, reducing the difficulty and cost of manual operation.

1. Production Process

After the design is completed, the production process includes: fully automatic laser cutting of raw materials, machining, assembly and welding, pre-assembly, and multi-level production quality inspections.

2. Quality Control

A "7 inspections + 1 certification" quality management system is adopted, including: incoming raw material inspection, machined component inspection, welding process inspection, ultrasonic flaw detection, pre-assembly inspection, pressure testing, export packaging inspection. After completion of all inspections, a product quality certificate is issued.
