1. Product Description

The main function of the air injection system is to serve as a gas sealing device for the feed pipe and furnace hood system. The system consists of pipelines and fans. The fan draws air from the tapping smoke extraction system and delivers it into the gas sealing device through the system pipelines.

1. Production Process

After the design is completed, the production process includes: fully automatic laser cutting of raw materials, machining, assembly and welding, pre-assembly, and multi-level production quality inspections.

2. Quality Control

A "7 inspections + 1 certification" quality management system is adopted, including: incoming raw material inspection, machined component inspection, welding process inspection, ultrasonic flaw detection, pre-assembly inspection, pressure testing, export packaging inspection. After completion of all inspections, a product quality certificate is issued.
