Product Introduction
1. Product Description
The high-voltage power supply of the electric furnace adopts three single-phase furnace transformers arranged in a delta configuration with a 120° phase difference. The high-voltage side of the furnace transformers is remotely controlled from the furnace operation platform, allowing switching operations and status indication of the electric furnace.
High-voltage protection action signals and warning signals are connected to the computer control system, where alarms are displayed on the workstation interface.
Submerged arc furnace transformers mainly consist of the following six parts: iron core, transformer body, windings, main assembly, oil tank, accessories.

Quality Control
After the design is completed, the production process includes: fully automatic laser cutting of raw materials, machining, assembly and welding, pre-assembly, and multi-level production quality inspections.
A "7 inspections + 1 certification" quality management system is adopted, including: incoming raw material inspection, machined component inspection, welding process inspection, ultrasonic flaw detection, pre-assembly inspection, pressure testing, export packaging inspection. After completion of all inspections, a product quality certificate is issued.
