1. Product Description

The main function of a casting ingot mold is to receive molten metal and allow it to solidify into ingots within a mold or container. In addition, different types of casting ingot molds have specific functions, such as increasing the cooling rate, reducing the lower-limit defect rate of finished products, and minimizing cracks.

For ferrosilicon electric furnaces, each electric furnace is equipped with four rows of ingot molds. Each row consists of a head mold, intermediate ingot molds, and a tail mold. The ingot molds are installed on the floor of the casting workshop through supporting frames, and refractory bricks are arranged on the supports.

1. Production Process

After the design is completed, the production process includes: fully automatic laser cutting of raw materials, machining, assembly and welding, pre-assembly, and multi-level production quality inspections.

2. Quality Control

A "7 inspections + 1 certification" quality management system is adopted, including: incoming raw material inspection, machined component inspection, welding process inspection, ultrasonic flaw detection, pre-assembly inspection, pressure testing, export packaging inspection. After completion of all inspections, a product quality certificate is issued.

3. Product Certifications
