1. Product Description
The system consists of a semi-annular gas collection hood, seven branch pipes (each equipped with a pneumatic butterfly valve), and two refining gas collection hoods (each equipped with a butterfly valve). There are also two single-side opening pneumatic butterfly valves installed on both sides of the main flue gas duct (to reduce resistance and improve efficiency). It is a fixed furnace-front integrated fume extraction structure, capable of solving problems such as poor gas collection, component deformation, excessive ambient air infiltration, and high load.
(1) Functional description and application: During tapping, it is used to collect flue gas from the tap hole. After collection, the gas is conveyed by a blower through an air injection system to a gas sealing device.
(2) The inside of the fume hood shall be designed with rammed or coated with lightweight thermal insulation refractory material to prevent deformation caused by high flue gas temperature.

1. Production Process
After the design is completed, the production process includes: fully automatic laser cutting of raw materials, machining, assembly and welding, pre-assembly, and multi-level production quality inspections.
A "7 inspections + 1 certification" quality management system is adopted, including: incoming raw material inspection, machined component inspection, welding process inspection, ultrasonic flaw detection, pre-assembly inspection, pressure testing, export packaging inspection. After completion of all inspections, a product quality certificate is issued.
