1. Product Description

The stoking machine consists of a frame, front and rear wheel assemblies, working mechanism, hydraulic system, driving and control system, and power supply system.

The stoking machine is mainly used for charging and stirring materials at the furnace mouth of open-type and semi-closed submerged arc reduction furnaces for the production of silicon-based ferroalloys. Its main functions include:

Ensuring uniform material distribution inside the electric furnace, expanding the reaction zone, eliminating material bridging, crushing slag, reducing crust formation and flame eruption on the charge surface, thereby maintaining stable furnace operation.

It can also be applied to similar electric furnaces for the production of other ferroalloys and calcium carbide (carbide) for charging and pushing materials.

Stoking operations can improve the permeability of the charge surface and enlarge the crucible volume. These operations are usually carried out after tapping. If the furnace condition is good, the permeability can also be improved by using a hole-punching method.

1. Production Process

After the design is completed, the production process includes: fully automatic laser cutting of raw materials, machining, assembly and welding, pre-assembly, and multi-level production quality inspections.

2. Quality Control

A "7 inspections + 1 certification" quality management system is adopted, including: incoming raw material inspection, machined component inspection, welding process inspection, ultrasonic flaw detection, pre-assembly inspection, pressure testing, export packaging inspection. After completion of all inspections, a product quality certificate is issued.
