The bricks are formed through high-frequency vibration molding and are used as refractory lining materials for submerged arc furnaces such as ferroalloy furnaces, calcium carbide furnaces, ferrosilicon furnaces, yellow phosphorus furnaces, silicomanganese furnaces, and silicon-calcium furnaces.

1. Product Description

Pre-baked carbon brick is made primarily from calcined anthracite, graphite powder, and metallurgical coke, with coal pitch and coal tar added as binders. The bricks are formed through high-frequency vibration molding and are used as refractory lining materials for submerged arc furnaces such as ferroalloy furnaces, calcium carbide furnaces, ferrosilicon furnaces, yellow phosphorus furnaces, silicomanganese furnaces, and silicon-calcium furnaces.

Pre-baked carbon bricks feature high temperature resistance, excellent thermal shock resistance, high strength at elevated temperatures, a low coefficient of thermal expansion, and strong resistance to molten salt corrosion. They are indispensable lining materials for calcium carbide furnaces, ferroalloy furnaces, and other submerged arc furnaces. The production process includes screening, batching, kneading, pressing, baking, precision milling, and machining. The baking temperature generally does not exceed 1200°C. Multi-sided heating is applied to ensure uniform heating on all six sides, while the heating rate is controllable to guarantee the baking quality and performance of the carbon bricks.

The products feature high density and excellent anti-permeability properties, and comply with the quality management system standards GB/T 19001-2016 / ISO 9001:2015 as well as EU CE certification requirements. Export packaging and transportation can be customized according to customer requirements. The products are exported to Southeast Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Central Asia, and other regions.
