1. Product Description
The circular distribution trolley is a dedicated material distribution unit used in the automatic charging system of a submerged arc furnace. It is installed at the top of the furnace and consists of a bin, drive system, distribution mechanism, material level sensors, and a circular rail. The distribution car is equipped with a vibrating device and an electro-hydraulic brake system. A material retaining plate and a pushing plate are installed at the hopper discharge outlet. The pushing plate is actuated by a hydraulic distribution cylinder to automatically distribute the material to the furnace top bins, enabling precise and uniform material distribution without dead zones.

Quality Control
After the design is completed, the production process includes: fully automatic laser cutting of raw materials, machining, assembly and welding, pre-assembly, and multi-level production quality inspections.
A "7 inspections + 1 certification" quality management system is adopted, including: incoming raw material inspection, machined component inspection, welding process inspection, ultrasonic flaw detection, pre-assembly inspection, pressure testing, export packaging inspection. After completion of all inspections, a product quality certificate is issued.
