1. Product Description
Composition: It consists of a fume hood, flue gas ducting, air volume control valves, flue duct suspension devices, etc.
(1) Functional description and application: During tapping, it is used to collect flue gas from the tap hole. After the flue gas is collected, it is conveyed by the fan of the air injection system to the gas sealing device.
(2) The inner surface of the fume hood shall be lined, rammed, or spray-coated with lightweight thermal insulation refractory materials to prevent deformation caused by high flue gas temperatures.

Quality Control
After the design is completed, the production process includes: fully automatic laser cutting of raw materials, machining, assembly and welding, pre-assembly, and multi-level production quality inspections.
A "7 inspections + 1 certification" quality management system is adopted, including: incoming raw material inspection, machined component inspection, welding process inspection, ultrasonic flaw detection, pre-assembly inspection, pressure testing, export packaging inspection. After completion of all inspections, a product quality certificate is issued.
