1. Product Description
The charging system is responsible for feeding mixed raw materials into the hearth. The furnace top is equipped with furnace top bins, feed pipes, and a central feed pipe. When the electrode holder is at the upper limit position, the uppermost feed pipe is made of Q235B material, while the feed pipes below are made of 06Cr19Ni10 stainless steel. The system also includes one charging bin and one feed pipe outside the furnace, with the external feed pipe made of Q235B material.
The furnace top bin is of annular design and is equipped with level sensors, enabling automatic control of the charging and material distribution process. The feed nozzle at the bottom of the feed pipe adopts a water-cooled design.
The furnace top charging bin is welded from carbon steel plates, and the conical section is lined with wear-resistant plates. The external adjustment bin can discharge corrective material onto the second-floor platform, from where the stoking and feeding car feeds it into the furnace to regulate furnace conditions.
Each bin is equipped with four weighing sensors, which are interlocked with the charging system for material level alarm control, and the signals are connected to the DCS system.

Quality Control
After the design is completed, the production process includes: fully automatic laser cutting of raw materials, machining, assembly and welding, pre-assembly, and multi-level production quality inspections.
A "7 inspections + 1 certification" quality management system is adopted, including: incoming raw material inspection, machined component inspection, welding process inspection, ultrasonic flaw detection, pre-assembly inspection, pressure testing, export packaging inspection. After completion of all inspections, a product quality certificate is issued.
