1. Product Description
The industrial gas station is equipped with an air compressor room and an oxygen generation system, capable of supplying the oxygen and compressed air required for multiple silicon metal production lines. A skid-mounted oxygen generation unit is adopted to produce oxygen on site, eliminating the need to purchase liquid oxygen from external suppliers.
This oxygen generation system consists of an air compression system, compressed air cleaning system, air buffer system, oxygen-nitrogen separation system, and oxygen buffer system. Under this technical proposal, all oxygen-generation equipment within the scope of the complete system is designed as skid-mounted units. The interconnecting pipelines between the individual skids are installed and connected on site.
2. Features & Advantages
The equipment has the function of frequency conversion and energy saving, and the gas consumption changes with the change of the user's gas consumption.
PSA adsorption tower compression adopts multi-top rod cylinder automatic compression device. The sinking amount of molecular sieve can be directly displayed by the indication rod, and alarm and stop switch adopts more reliable physical contact form.
The equipment is designed with the remote start and stop control port and RS485 communication port to meet the technical requirements of the Buyer to realize remote monitoring of the machine.
The equipment is designed with the function of sound and light alarm for unqualified oxygen, and the automatic shutdown protection function of unqualified oxygen for a long time.
