1. Product Description
The core of the refining furnace and tilting ladle system is the medium-frequency refining furnace and the hydraulic shaking ladle. The refining furnace has precise temperature control, which can complete the purification of the melt and the correction of its composition. The shaking ladle can rotate and stir to ensure the homogeneity of the melt. The system integrates a monitoring unit to collect temperature/composition data in real-time, and it works with the DCS to achieve intelligent control. It has a safety interlock function, and meets the refining requirements of various metals. It is easy to operate, and has excellent refining effects.

Quality Control
After the design is completed, the production process includes: fully automatic laser cutting of raw materials, machining, assembly and welding, pre-assembly, and multi-level production quality inspections.
A "7 inspections + 1 certification" quality management system is adopted, including: incoming raw material inspection, machined component inspection, welding process inspection, ultrasonic flaw detection, pre-assembly inspection, pressure testing, export packaging inspection. After completion of all inspections, a product quality certificate is issued.
