1. Product Description
A hot metal ladle is a heavy-duty industrial container designed for storing, transporting, and pouring molten metals such as iron, steel, aluminum, and copper under extreme temperatures (typically 1400°C–1600°C). These specialized vessels are essential in ferroalloy plants, steel mills, and foundries. After receiving molten metal from the furnace, the ladle is transported by an overhead crane to the casting position for pouring, ensuring safe and efficient handling of liquid metal.
The inner lining of the hot metal ladle is made of high-alumina refractory material. Each electric furnace is equipped with one set of ladle transfer car. The ladle transfer car is driven by a low-speed winch and can be operated by remote control or local control.

Quality Control
After the design is completed, the production process includes: fully automatic laser cutting of raw materials, machining, assembly and welding, pre-assembly, and multi-level production quality inspections.
A "7 inspections + 1 certification" quality management system is adopted, including: incoming raw material inspection, machined component inspection, welding process inspection, ultrasonic flaw detection, pre-assembly inspection, pressure testing, export packaging inspection. After completion of all inspections, a product quality certificate is issued.
