1. Product Description

The submerged arc furnace burn-through system operates by supplying a high current to a carbon rod located at the front end of the burn-through machine. The high-temperature electric arc generated at the tip of the carbon rod burns through the furnace tap hole, allowing molten metal to flow smoothly out of the furnace. The burn-through system mainly consists of the burn-through machine, burn-through track, and burn-through busbars.

The burn-through machine mainly comprises a guide mechanism, burn-through unit, contactor, burn-through busbars, and a water-cooling system. During tapping, electrical power is supplied to the burn-through machine, energizing the carbon rod at its tip and generating an electric arc to open the tap hole.

The burn-through track mainly consists of the burn-through rail and circular burn-through busbar, serving as the operating track for the burn-through machine.

The burn-through busbar functions as a current conductor, transmitting electrical current to the burn-through machine, thereby energizing it and enabling the tap hole to be opened efficiently.

1. Production Process

After the design is completed, the production process includes: fully automatic laser cutting of raw materials, machining, assembly and welding, pre-assembly, and multi-level production quality inspections.

2. Quality Control

A "7 inspections + 1 certification" quality management system is adopted, including: incoming raw material inspection, machined component inspection, welding process inspection, ultrasonic flaw detection, pre-assembly inspection, pressure testing, export packaging inspection. After completion of all inspections, a product quality certificate is issued.

3. Product Certifications
