1. Product Description
The system consists of T2 copper tubes, water-cooled compensators, water-cooled cables, suspension devices, and wall bushings.
The electric furnace is powered by three single-phase transformers. A water-cooled secondary busbar system (bus tube system) is used for power transmission between the transformers and the electrodes. The three single-phase transformers and the bus tubes are arranged in a triangular configuration. Phase transposition is required for the single-phase transformers, and the transformer outlet terminals are equipped with water-cooled compensators.

Quality Control
After the design is completed, the production process includes: fully automatic laser cutting of raw materials, machining, assembly and welding, pre-assembly, and multi-level production quality inspections.
A "7 inspections + 1 certification" quality management system is adopted, including: incoming raw material inspection, machined component inspection, welding process inspection, ultrasonic flaw detection, pre-assembly inspection, pressure testing, export packaging inspection. After completion of all inspections, a product quality certificate is issued.
