1. Product Description
Through the waste heat recovery system, the high-temperature flue gas and radiant heat generated during the production process are recovered and reused for secondary utilization. Medium- and low-pressure steam is generated in the waste heat boiler, which can be used to provide hot water, plant heating, and power generation.
During system operation, dust-containing flue gas is guided from the electric furnace fume hood to the air cooler through flue ducts, reducing the flue gas temperature from 450°C to 250°C. The system adopts insulated pipelines and heat pipe heat exchangers to implement waste heat recovery technology, representing another important energy-saving and emission-reduction measure for submerged arc furnaces. In addition, the system adopts three-stage dedusting technology to ensure that flue gas emissions meet environmental protection standards. This technology has been widely applied in most ferroalloy enterprises, featuring mature technology and remarkable energy-saving performance.

Quality Control
After the design is completed, the production process includes: fully automatic laser cutting of raw materials, machining, assembly and welding, pre-assembly, and multi-level production quality inspections.
A "7 inspections + 1 certification" quality management system is adopted, including: incoming raw material inspection, machined component inspection, welding process inspection, ultrasonic flaw detection, pre-assembly inspection, pressure testing, export packaging inspection. After completion of all inspections, a product quality certificate is issued.
