1. Product Description
The ladle tilting machine is mainly used for fixed-point ladle tilting and pouring operations in front of ferroalloy submerged arc furnaces. It can automatically clamp, secure, and tilt hot metal ladles of different sizes. At the same time, it collects dust generated during the pouring process, improving the level of automation, reducing manual operation, improving the working environment, and meeting environmental protection requirements.
The ladle tilting mechanism consists of a tilting frame, base frame, hydraulic cylinders, cylinder protective covers, pins, and lifting lugs, etc.
The hot metal ladle is horizontally transported into the tilting mechanism by a ladle transfer car, and the ladle trunnions are locked into the lower part of the hanging lugs of the tilting mechanism. The mechanism uses hydraulic cylinders to drive the tilting arm, thereby rotating the hot metal ladle to perform pouring operations. The hydraulic station remotely controls the extension and retraction speed of the hydraulic cylinders through proportional valves, thereby controlling the angular velocity of ladle tilting.
The system can be optionally equipped with a manual remote controller or a remote-control system to perform pouring operations. It also supports programmable automatic pouring operations with different tilting speeds. During remote control operation, the tilting mechanism is equipped with angle sensors to monitor the ladle tilting angle in real time, while also enabling remote start and stop control of the hydraulic station.

Quality Control
After the design is completed, the production process includes: fully automatic laser cutting of raw materials, machining, assembly and welding, pre-assembly, and multi-level production quality inspections.
A "7 inspections + 1 certification" quality management system is adopted, including: incoming raw material inspection, machined component inspection, welding process inspection, ultrasonic flaw detection, pre-assembly inspection, pressure testing, export packaging inspection. After completion of all inspections, a product quality certificate is issued.
