1. Product Description
A submerged arc furnace is an industrial electric furnace used for raw material smelting. The integrated "Mechanical-Electrical-Transformer-Compensation" equipment package for submerged arc furnaces includes: the furnace mechanical body, special transformer, electrical system, and power compensation device.
The mechanical body of the submerged arc furnace mainly consists of the furnace shell, fume hood, electrode system, feeding system, fume extraction system, water-cooling system, hydraulic system, and burn-through device, completing the processes of material feeding, reaction, and discharge. The electrical system includes automation control and low-voltage power distribution, integrated with the furnace mechanical body to effectively control production quality and efficiency while ensuring safe and stable operation.
The electrical parameters of the special transformer are reasonably matched with the geometric parameters of the submerged arc furnace, laying the foundation for excellent production performance of the complete equipment system. The compensation device improves the overall power quality of the system, reduces reactive power losses in the bus tube and transformer, and enhances the electrothermal efficiency of the submerged arc furnace system.

Quality Control
After completion of the design, fully automated laser cutting of raw materials, machining, assembly welding, pre-assembly, and multi-level production quality inspections are carried out.
A "7 Inspections and 1 Certificate" management system is adopted, including incoming raw material inspection, machined component inspection, welding process inspection, ultrasonic flaw detection inspection, pre-assembly inspection, pressure testing, and export packaging inspection. After completion of all inspections, a product qualification certificate is issued.
