1. Product Description
During the smelting process of a submerged arc furnace, equipment is exposed to high-temperature and high-pressure conditions, which can lead to thermal expansion and deformation. The use of a water-cooled protection screen helps protect the equipment and improve operational reliability.
The protection screen consists of upper and lower sections. The lower protection shield is more susceptible to damage due to direct exposure to high temperatures and is therefore designed as a split structure for easier maintenance and replacement. The upper protection shield is designed to be maintenance-free.
The protection screen is fabricated from welded stainless steel plates and is internally cooled by circulating water. It provides excellent magnetic shielding performance with minimal eddy current losses. A double-layer sealing system is installed between the protection shield and the furnace cover, ensuring a well-designed structure with excellent insulation and sealing performance.

Quality Control
After the design is completed, the production process includes:fully automatic laser cutting of raw materials, machining, assembly and welding, pre-assembly, and multi-level production quality inspections.
A "7 inspections + 1 certification" quality management system is adopted, including: incoming raw material inspection, machined component inspection, welding process inspection, ultrasonic flaw detection, pre-assembly inspection, pressure testing, export packaging inspection. After completion of all inspections, a product quality certificate is issued.
