1. Product Description
The movement of the electrode lifting device is accomplished by hydraulic cylinders. The system consists of lifting cylinders, mantle, electrode slipping platform, and support platform. The lower flange of the mantle is bolted to the upper flange of the electrode holder mantle, forming an integrated assembly.
The function of the electrode lifting device is to raise or lower the electrode during the smelting process, thereby changing the electrical resistance between the electrode and the furnace charge. This allows adjustment of the smelting power and optimization of furnace operation.
The electrode lifting device should be equipped with an automatic control system while also allowing manual operation. The raising and lowering of the electrodes are controlled by a hydraulic power unit. The hydraulic power unit uses a water-glycol hydraulic fluid as its working medium.

Quality Control
After completion of the design, fully automated laser cutting of raw materials, machining, assembly welding, pre-assembly, and multi-level production quality inspections are carried out.
A "7 Inspections and 1 Certificate" management system is adopted, including incoming raw material inspection, machined component inspection, welding process inspection, ultrasonic flaw detection inspection, pre-assembly inspection, pressure testing, and export packaging inspection. After completion of all inspections, a product qualification certificate is issued.
