1. Product Description
The water cooling system is used to provide water cooling for submerged arc furnace components such as the furnace hood, electrode system, secondary busbar system, flue duct, and hydraulic system. It is an open circulating water system.
The system consists of water cooling distributors, temperature transmitters, PT100 thermal resistors, flow switches, pressure transmitters, water cooling pipelines.
2. Features & Advantages
Each water distributor is equipped with temperature and pressure transmitters with remote transmission functions. PT100 thermal resistors and flow switches are installed on each return water branch pipe.
The system allows independent adjustment of cooling water flow and pressure at different locations, thereby achieving energy-saving purposes. A modular water-cooling heat dissipation system is adopted, reducing operation and maintenance difficulty. The double-sealing anti-leakage design further ensures safe equipment operation.

Quality Control
After the design is completed, the production process includes: fully automatic laser cutting of raw materials, machining, assembly and welding, pre-assembly, and multi-level production quality inspections.
A "7 inspections + 1 certification" quality management system is adopted, including: incoming raw material inspection, machined component inspection, welding process inspection, ultrasonic flaw detection, pre-assembly inspection, pressure testing, export packaging inspection. After completion of all inspections, a product quality certificate is issued.
