1. Product Description

Submerged arc furnace charging bins and weighing hoppers are core material storage and feeding equipment in ferroalloy smelting operations:

1) Raw material warehouse silos, day bins, and furnace top bins are used to store different types of raw materials. Depending on the alloy type and process requirements, their shape, dimensions, capacity, and wall thickness are designed accordingly. The interior is lined with wear-resistant steel plates, while the upper section is equipped with grizzly screens and the lower section with slide gate valves, vibrating feeders, and other discharge equipment.

2) Batching station hoppers and receiving hoppers of finished-product packaging machines provide both storage and weighing functions. Their process design and configuration vary according to the type of raw materials handled.

After the design is completed, the production process includes: fully automatic laser cutting of raw materials, machining, assembly and welding, pre-assembly, and multi-level production quality inspections.

2. Quality Control

A "7 inspections + 1 certification" quality management system is adopted, including: incoming raw material inspection, machined component inspection, welding process inspection, ultrasonic flaw detection, pre-assembly inspection, pressure testing, export packaging inspection. After completion of all inspections, a product quality certificate is issued.
