1. Product Description
The flue duct system is used to convey the furnace gas generated during electric furnace operation into the dedusting system. In the event of an abnormal condition in the dedusting system, the furnace gas can be discharged directly into the atmosphere. A bell valve is installed at the top of the flue duct, which allows the smoke to be naturally released when opened.
The electric furnace is equipped with two flue ducts. The section connecting the flue duct to the furnace cover adopts a water-cooled structure. The inner surface of the non-water-cooled flue duct is designed with sprayed refractory and thermal insulation material. To ensure firm adhesion of the sprayed refractory insulation material, fixing anchor hooks are installed on the inner surface of the flue duct.
A bell valve is installed at the upper part of the electric furnace flue duct.

After the design is completed, the production process includes: fully automatic laser cutting of raw materials, machining, assembly and welding, pre-assembly, and multi-level production quality inspections.
A "7 inspections + 1 certification" quality management system is adopted, including: incoming raw material inspection, machined component inspection, welding process inspection, ultrasonic flaw detection, pre-assembly inspection, pressure testing, export packaging inspection. After completion of all inspections, a product quality certificate is issued.
