1. Product Description
Conductive copper contact shoes are key components of an electric furnace. Their primary function is to transfer electrical current to the electrode and, to a certain extent, influence the electrode baking and sintering process.
The copper contact shoes are manufactured as forged copper contact shoes. Forged copper contact shoes have a high current-carrying capacity and a long service life. This helps reduce maintenance requirements, significantly decrease hot shutdown time, lower power consumption, and increase production output.
The company's copper contact shoes are machined from a single piece using CNC equipment, ensuring high precision, excellent dimensional accuracy, and good interchangeability.

Quality Control
After completion of the design, fully automated laser cutting of raw materials, machining, assembly welding, pre-assembly, and multi-level production quality inspections are carried out.
A "7 inspections + 1 certification" quality management system is adopted, including: incoming raw material inspection, machined component inspection, welding process inspection, ultrasonic flaw detection, pre-assembly inspection, pressure testing, export packaging inspection. After completion of all inspections, a product quality certificate is issued.
